Silver Oak winery was established in 1972, & although made up of a range of plots throughout the Alexander & Napa valleys, is dedicated to the production of fine Cabernet Sauvignon. The Alexander Valley wine is 100% Cabernet & is full-bodied, but supremely refined & approachable when young, with a solid core of black berry fruit & a nose of cherry, clove, lavender & liquorice. Drink now or keep for up to 20 years.
