Product Description

Beaumes-de-Venise is a pretty village in Vaucluse in the southern Rhône. The vines used to make this, which have an average age of forty years, are spread over the south-east side of the Dentelles de Montmirail. An intense nose of ripe blackberries & plums & black pepper & spices, a full body with soft ripe tannins, flavours of ripe juicy berries & hints of spice & a super smooth finish. Great with a peppery fillet steak & chunky chips.
