This is a low-alcohol wine, hailing from Cheste, a short distance inland of Valencia, where the maritime climate suits the Moscato grape to perfection. Made in the Charmat method, the wine is allowed a brief secondary fermentation under pressure. Supremely light & fruity, with a refreshingly low alcohol level of only 5%, & a touch of residual sweetness. Aromas of pear & orange blossom, & a gentle natural spritz. Drink well-chilled with picnic lunches, light rice & pasta dishes, or as a refreshing aperitif.
