This is made with Pinot Noir grapes from the estate’s sustainably managed vineyards. The vines are especially old, producing smaller yields of grapes, but with superbly concentrated flavours. And this translates to an incredibly complex, vibrant wine. Expect notes of sour cherry, blackcurrant and blackberry with hints of spice. Pair its pronounced flavours and smooth tannins with game meats like rabbit, or with full-flavoured cheeses.
