The De Bortoli estate is one of the largest in Victoria. This partially barrel-fermented Chardonnay is made at their Dixon's Creek winery, & is sourced from sites in Victoria's Yarra Valley, predominantly the Dixons Creek, Tarrawarra & Yarra Glen sections. A bright & vibrant yellow with a faint greenish hue, with complex aromas of citrus fruits, integrated with subtle oak influence. Medium weight, fresh acidity & a rounded texture on the palate. Enjoy immediately, either on its own or with grilled fish & poultry.
