The Scheppach Plana 7.0 is planning perfection in one robust package. Triple knives with reversible cutting surfaces, automatically seated in a precisely balanced cutter block rotating at 5400 rpm; combined with massive solid cast iron tables & a 400 x 230 mm thicknessing capacity: here is the ultimate in planing machine. High quality planning knives come along with an accurate, adjustable long planing fence. The simple blade changing mechanism comes with automatic blade centering. The powerful Poly-V drive stystem performs beautifully, & the combined surface planning & thicknessing extraction hoods mean there is no need for removing or remounting. The Scheppach Plana 7.0 comes with two electrical speeds that are switchable during planning for non-stop work. The large planing fence can be adjusted from 0-45 degrees & safety when working with short pieces of wood is greatly enhanced with twin hinged surface planing tables.
