They consume just 7.9W of power, (10W when used on dimmer) giving a fast return on investment, & have a lumen out put of 450, which is brighter than a 50W halogen Building Regulations Compliant The H2 Evo LED Downlights are fully compliant with Parts B, C, E, L & P of building regulations, are IP65 rated for use in bathrooms & Fire Rated suitable for 30, 60 & 90 minute ceilings.
