To avoid corrosion Lyco recommend selection of copper or galvanised steel products for highly saline, aggressive environments such as this. Lyco recommend stainless steel products for exterior use are treated with acid free oil prior to mounting & that this process is repeated 3-4 times a year. This product accepts a standard max 60W screw bulb but is recommended for use with a max 20W low energy alternative for reduced electricity & maintenance costs
