This light carries an IP67 rating to show that it is manufactured to withstand dust, rain & splashing water which will help to keep your maintenance costs low. It can also withstand jet sprays of water so you can clean your decking easily without worrying about damaging your lights. As this light is fully waterproof you can also use it to give your water features, such as ponds & waterfalls, extra impact immersing it in water up to a depth of 1 metre

Stainless steel products are not generally suitable for placement in exterior locations within 10 miles of the coast line. To prevent corrosion Lyco recommend selection of copper or galvanised steel products for highly saline, aggressive environments such as this. Lyco recommend stainless steel products for exterior use are treated with acid free oil prior to mounting & that this process is repeated 3-4 times a year. Please check manufacturers recommendations for further instructions
