Under the sea, out on the farm & into the jungle, these terrific tales are woven together with live music, puppetry & a whole
...
From the award winning children’s theatre company that brought you The Gruffalo, Room on the Broom & the sell-out Twinkle Twonkle, this winter don’t miss Lemony Snicket’s Latke That Couldn’t Stop Screaming on stage at JW3, Finchley Road.
This absurdly funning show is about being yourself & appreciating others, this new adaptation is vividly brought to life in Tall Stories' unique physical style, with live music, lots of laughs & a screaming potato pancake. The perfect family show to see this winter!
The story begins in a tiny village more or less covered in snow, where a Hanukkah Latke, a fried potato pancake, is born screaming. Well, wouldn’t you scream if you were thrown into a pan of boiling oil? The Latke jumps from the boiling pan & races through the wintery village, deep in the throes of festive preparations. Lost amongst the snowy landscape, the Christmas lights & pine trees, will our Latke ever find where it belongs?
Fun, crafty additional Latke workshop available on the 18th December, 5.45 – 6.30pm. Just an additional cost of £5. To book please see voucher.
