- £4.50 for Child Ticket (aged 12-16), 25% off.

- Children under 12 – Free with an adult. Free ticket to be obtained directly from Arena Ice website.

- Includes Ice Shot or Non-Alco Pops, loan of luxury warm coat for session & assess to the amazing photo booth.
- A session lasts for 25 minutes.
- Minimum age is 3 years old.
- All children under 16 years must be accompanied by an adult (18+).
- Children under 12 are only allowed access until 6.30pm.
- The Eis Haus is open: Sunday – Thursday: 11am – 9:30pm (Last Entry) – Close 10pm
- Children & School Groups 11am – 12 noon
- Non-Alcoholic Sessions: Friday & Saturday: 11am - 10:30pm (Last Entry) - Close 11pm
- Kids go free (under 12s) but do require a ticket. Please order your free ticket when you redeem your e-ticket on Arena ice website.
