Description / construction: Wall light with shade in transparent plexiglass, supplied with 1 x E27 40W silver-crowned bulb. Cut in the shape of a 17th-century chandelier, the enlarged shadow of the shade is projected onto the wall behind it. The

Dimensions of the shadow cast on the wall are as follows: width 100cm (centred on the bulb), height 87cm (of which 59cm above the axis of the light & 28cm below). Winner, VIA 2004. Designer: Blandine Dubos, having obtained a ‘diplôme d’études fondamentales en architecture (DEFA)’ from the école d’architecture, Bordeaux, graduated from the école Camondo with ‘félicitations’ in June 2003 (certificat d’études supérieures en architecture intérieure et produits d’environnement).
