The Valencia Hanging Lantern carries an IP44 Ingress Protection rating, indicating total protection against inclement weather. This is a Class 2 double-insulated fitting that requires no connection to earth during installation. A 100W max Edison-Screw E27 bulb is required, or 22W low-energy equivalent (neither are supplied).
