The 3.8l fuel tank & large grass collector will allow you to productively maintain medium to large gardens. The blade brake clutch (BBC) stops the blades turning enabling you to move the mower & empty the grass collector without needing to stop the engine. Toro’s Recycler® cutting system cuts & re-cuts the grass clippings reducing them to the finest mulch possible. The super-fine mulch decomposes quickly releasing a natural fertiliser & retaining moisture in the soil. As well as gaining free nutrients for your grass roots, mulching means you will get the lawn cut in Approx. a 3rd of the time compared to collecting. The 22280 also has the option to collect into an ample 77 litre grass box which fabric design maximises the air flow & compacts the grass cuttings efficiently.
