The higher voltage 80v battery used in this mower delivers more power but with a lower weight than by just increasing the Ah. The Stiga design has the battery being inserted into the side of the machine producing a better weight distribution. The Stiga Multiclip 47 AE is a push cordless mower which uses a 45cm rotary cutting blade. Designed with no grass box the 47AE is a dedicated mulching lawn mower. When using a mulching mower only cut a third of the grass height at a time to ensure the best cut to the lawn. Mulching whilst you mow finely minces the grass cuttings into tiny pieces where they are dispersed back onto the ground, virtually disappearing into the lawn. The mulch helps to add extra nutrients & moisture to the soil for a healthier lawn growth. Built on a steel chassis the Multiclip 47AE has 180mm front and rear wheels with bearings. The central height of cut can be set through 5 stages from 31 – 80mm. Start at the highest setting & work down gradually for the best cut.
