The Hayter Harrier 56 (574) is a feature packed introduction to the 56 range & comes fitted with a reliable & economical Hayter GTS OHV engine. The Harrier 56 model is the widest rear roller mower in the Hayter domestic range, the 56cm cutting width is suitable for larger lawns & gardens. The 574 model is fitted with the Hayter autodrive transmission & Sens-a-Speed™. The Sens-a-Speed™ system uses a clutch lever handle to increase or decrease the mowers speed. The rear roller is constructed of reinforced polymer with glass-fibre weave, this gives increased strength & durability, also noise & weight will be decreased when travelling across hard surfaces without any loss of performance. The 2 piece ribbed, roller design gives excellent traction & means that you can cut right up to the edge of lawn borders without tipping.
Features: The Vari-Pitch™ cutting technology adjusts the forward pitch angle of the deck as the height of cut is raised or lowered. This increases the airflow in more difficult mowing conditions (longer grass) ensuring superior performance at each cut. Trim Side lets the user mow right up to the edge of the lawn. The right hand wheel, cutting blade & rear roller are all positioned in-line. This is ideal for mowing around borders or retaining walls.A wash port has been integrated into the deck so it can be cleaned off quickly & easily after each use.
