The EGO Power + 5 Ah battery is 56v & can be charged with the standard EGO charger in 100 minutes & with the EGO Infinity Rapid charger in 40 minutes. The EGO range of Power + battery operated gardening tools were introduced to the UK market during the Spring of 2015. These cordless garden products have been a major success in North America with their 56 volt lithium-ion batteries which are comparable in performance to petrol powered machines. Recent consumer research has shown an increased interest & demand for outdoor power tools which are quieter & less environmentally polluting than traditional petrol driven models. All the machines in the range are interchangeable with the 2 Ah, 4 Ah, 5 Ah, 7.5 Ah & 6 Ah lithium ion batteries. These EGO Power Plus batteries provide up to 40% more power than a leading 40v battery. Weight: 2.2kg Warranty: Manufacturer's 3 year
