Mulching whilst mowing cuts the grass trimmings into very tiny pieces which are virtually impossible to see. These tiny trimmings are thrown back onto the ground where as they decompose the soil & grass roots are provided with nutrients & essential moisture. When you use a lawn mower for mulching grass always start on the highest available cutting point & work your way down. Use the 3rd cut rule & only cut a 3rd of the grass height at a time. This will ensure the best cut & finish to the mowing area & reduces the strain on the engine & cutting blade. The Cobra MM51B gives you the choice of 5 cutting height adjustments from 30mm right up to 75mm for the longest grass. The 5 stages can be adjusted using just 1 lever located on the rear right hand wheel. The MM51B is h&-propelled & is powered by a reliable & very efficient 140cc Briggs & Stratton 500E series petrol engine. The 500E Ready Start engines have a best in class performance offering lower emissions. A Briggs & Stratton Ready Start engine has an automatic choke so no priming is needed.
