Hand harvesting, patient cellaring & fastidious attention to detail make this classic Champagne a luxurious yet affordable indulgence. Aged on its lees (the expired yeasts that created the secondary fermentation & bubbles) in bottle for three years prior to being disgorged, it has that characteristic yeastiness supporting layers of citrus fresh fruit flavour.
