Its award winning creator Herve Sabardeil (praised by Decanter & Wine Spectator) selects Merlot, Carignan & Syrah from growers he knows & trusts across his native southern France. Fermenting them separately, he then assembles the parts to create the perfect balance of luscious red fruit & smooth tannins. This delicious blast from the past (with all the benefits of 21st century know-how) has previously wowed French wine judges, & we reckon this latest release is even better.
