The thermometer enables you to monitor the temperature of the mixture during the initial heating stage, whilst the specifically designed neoprene insulating pouch maintains room temperature for the contents inside the jar during the process.0.5 litres of fresh, creamy yoghurt can be made, which can then be flavoured with a variety of ingredients such as fruit, honey & granola.
