Height: 15 to 18mm Care Advice •   Some materials such as wool are very fibrous & you can actually observe a piling during the first weeks of use: this is normal because the carpet "breaks up" by rejecting its excess fibres. Remove the lint as much as possible by hand & do not use the vacuum in brushing mode as this results in pulling the fibres & pulling them out. This settling will fade over time. •   For maintenance, we advise you to vacuum it very little the first month & then to vacuum it without rubbing too much always without using the brush. •   Remove any stains immediately with a clean, damp cloth. •   Dry clean recommended.
