How to measure childrens feet: Place the short edge of a piece of A4 paper against a wall. Then position the child’s foot on the sheet of paper with their heel against the wall. For a more accurate measurement, position both feet side by side so the child’s weight is evenly distributed. If possible don’t let the child lean against the wall or hold onto anything. Then make a mark where the longest part of the foot is (usually the big toe) & measure the distance between this mark & the edge of the sheet of paper using a ruler.
