Klarstein makes cooking a breeze with the Instapot pressure cooker. Save time & energy while cooking by using the 350-year-old method of pressure cooking. The main idea is simple: put whatever ingredients, whether meat or vegetables, together with some water in a pressure-tight pot with a lid. When you heat the pot up, it causes a part of the water to evaporate & the pressure inside the pot increases, simultaneously raising the water's boiling temperature up to over 100°C. This allows food to be cooked at much higher temperatures than in a normal pot, reducing cooking time by 50-70% & saving massive amounts of energy. With a 5 litre capacity, the Klarstein Instapot pressure cooker has enough space for any dish & can easily handle large amounts of food, such as a stew for the entire family. In order to avoid overcooking delicate foods such as cauliflower, the pressure control valve has two power levels. The first, lower pressure level operates at 130
- 180 k Pa, while the higher pressure level operates at 180
- 300 k Pa before discharging steam through the valve. A third option lowers the pressure to 60
- 100 k Pa so that you can quickly open the pressure cooker once it's ready. Three safety features ensure you can cook worry-free: the pressure control valve & the safety valve prevent the pressure from becoming too high, & the safety lid can only be opened at normal pressure.
