Filing your nails as recommended, using the correct emery board will promote healthy growth, so please make sure you have chosen the right type for your nails. This pack of 2 professional CUSHIONED emery boards are designed for Soft, Weak or Flaking nails. Directions of Use: Gently file in one direction  Do not 'saw' back & forth as this causes more bad than good. Avoid filing into the sides of the nail as they provide strength & support  The shape of the free edge of the nail should reflect the shape of your cuticle  Toe nails should be filed straight across to avoid ingrowing nails
