Design features The Roma is designed for modern kitchens, with clean lines and contemporary
knobs and handles. Featuring ILVE's E3 precision temperature control you can adjust the temperature in just five-degree increments, with minimal temperature fluctuation. The pull-down, soft-close doors and full-width storage drawer are thoughtfully designed with the home cook in mind. Oven functions This double oven features a large 65L capacity main oven, and 57L capacity second oven, so you can cater for all your friends and family with ease. 15 oven functions cover everything from quick start rapid heat-up, which heats up to 200°C in just six minutes, to a pizza setting that recreates a pizza furnace burning at 300°C. For those wanting to bake cakes and bread, there's a baking setting which uses a circular fan element, guaranteeing even heat distribution and a consistent bake.
The discharge vent allows you to control the oven's humidity and retain moisture when baking bread, or get rid of excess condensation for dishes that already have a high water content, such as stews. For joints of meat, there's a specially designed rotisserie and the two dual-height halogen lights mean you can easily see how your culinary creations are getting on inside. Easy clean The oven's interior is similar to cleaning a non-stick pan due to its easy-clean enamel oven lining. The oven doors have removable glass for easy cleaning. Hob details 6 individual induction hobs cut cooking time down as you can manage multiple pots and pans at once. The hobs range from 1.3kW to 2.3W in power and feature specialist functions like power boost, heat-up and automatic boil. Made from black glass
the hob is easy to clean and has a digital display. Safety features Integral to ILVE range cookers are their safety features. Induction hobs are the safest type out there as they only heat up when the pan is present, and the PDI10WE3 also includes a child safety lock and overspill detection sensor as part of its hob. The ovens have triple-glazed glass doors which remain cool to touch no matter the temperature inside, a fascia fan to keep the controls cool and a child safety lock. Important installation information Please be aware that this range cooker requires a 40-amp fuse, so you would need an electrically trained engineer to help you fit your new appliance.
