This High pressure Coupling means that you can safely disconnect your valuable instruments from the first stage, allowing for storage, travel & planning.
It is designed to be used in 3 different ways:
- To connect the (HP) High Pressure Hose to the HP 7/16" port of the 1st Stage.
- To connect a HP Gauge directly to the female coupling for measurement at the surface.
- To connect the optional adapter assembly P/N 01-334-006 which allows the removal of instruments & consoles without the hose attached. (an additional Hp Hose swivel bar is required in this mode).
- After fitting this product does not require tools to remove consoles & computers.
- A one way valve in the unit even allows HP hoses to be removed (Burst HP hose underwater). Do not reconnect unterwater as it forces water into gauge or computer.
