Main Meal:  Mixed vegetables & pulses in a medium spiced curry sauce together with long grain rice.

​ To Serve hot:

• Place unopened pouch in boiling water for 7-8 minutes, then open & enjoy!.
• Alternatively,  empty the contents into a suitable saucepan or pot & stir gently whilst heating thoroughly on a camping stove.
