These simple concealed restrictors fit in the hinge gap / groove between sash and frame and are designed to restrict the window opening to 100mm conforming to BS6375 Pt2: 1987. Easy to fix to either top or side hung casements and supplied with a choice of packers to suit different window sections including timber, aluminium and PVCu. Constructed from stainless steel and zinc alloy. Additionally this restrictor has a simple key mechanism to allow full opening of the window. Automatically engages and locks when the window shuts.
