3-hole fixing unsprung levers are fixed to the backplates & are by design fully reversible. Fixing lugs are supplied on both backplates (3 on each) for a more secure fit.

If you are unfamiliar with PVCu furniture it is important that you consider the following points to enable you to select the correct handle for your door lock:
Cylinder Centres. You need to carefully measure the centre to centre distance between the square spindle & top centre of the cylinder
Lock Manufacturers. With this information you can usually be assured in your selection, although take care, as there is more than one handle to suit each manufacturer's locks
Fixing Lugs. You don't need to worry too much about this unless you are literally just wanting to replace like for like. The lugs simply protrude from the cast backplates a short distance to provide stability when located into similar holes in the door.
