Yes it's egg & cress but there's another secret flavour in there that might surprise you…we won't reveal the special ingredient & spoil the fun. & another quirky feature of the menu is the bread. No white sliced here it's all about the focaccia & the crostinis for that Mediterranean twist to the whole affair. In fact you will definitely want to take time to savour the food. There's the home-baked ham that is full of flavour a million miles away from the watery 'plastic' ham you often see. & the home-smoked trout pate? Simply to die for.
