Your host Nadia has always loved chocolate. Having studied it tasted it & visited the plantations she has tuned her chocoholic ways into her business in the heart of Scotl&. Having travelled the world to taste the finest cocoa beans Nadia brings her expertise to Edinburgh with everything from the most intense 100% cocoa dark chocolate to white chocolate made with real cocoa butter.

So what about that special Scottish chocolate recipe? Well Nadia has taken the spices that are used in Scotland's national dish & blended them with the finest chocolate to create the Haggis Truffle. A cacophony of cocoa & spices with a pleasant peppery after taste this truffle has even made the news in Scotl&. Try it for yourself & see what you think.

Traditionalists amongst you might prefer something timelessly classic like raspberry truffles. Oh that smooth dark chocolate blended with those forest fruit flavours. Simply delicious. If you are more adventurous try the curried apricot truffle another of Nadia's signature tastes that is totally yummy. But enough of all this chocolate tasting what else will you be actually doing during these Scottish chocolate making classes?

Well we can safely say you'll be getting messy. After watching demonstrations you’ll be trying your hand at making your chocolates & your ganache (a silky smooth mix of cream & chocolate that we hear about all the time on programmes like the  Great British Bake Off )
