Get yourself down to this Liverpool aqua park & make a splash in the docks! This fabulous floating fun park is situated within the famous UNESCO World Heritage waterfront site in Liverpool. It’s in the heart of the city it’s brilliant & it’s open for you during the summer months.
Duke’s Dock is where it’s all happening. With King’s Dock & the acc Liverpool on one side & Albert Dock on the other this aqua park is well-placed for some serious suburban splashing. Prepare to get wet to fall in to climb & use your balance as you negotiate a whole load of floating obstacles.
If you’ve never been to an aqua park before this one in Liverpool is a bit of a gem as it really is in the heart of the action & it’s a big one too. With around 50 different inflatable modules all linked together with pontoons & wobbly bridges each section carries its own challenge. How will you get on with the Moon Balls? Do you fancy tackling the Overpass? (we love the names!)
That might be too tame for serious aqua parkers. So this Liverpool park steps it up a gear with some seriously tricky modules. Are you up for doing the Tyre Run? Or perhaps a Ninja Jump is more your thing? Then there’s the dastardly Dragon’s Tail. But who can conquer Mount Rainier the summit of the aqua park to be crowned King or Queen of Albert Dock?
Get it wrong & you’ll be taking a dip there’s no doubt about it. But that’s the whole point of aqua parks & this one in Liverpool is no exception! What’s more it’s not too difficult to haul yourself out of the water & back onto the inflatables as there’s a good smattering of ‘ Neptune Steps’ around to make getting up a whole lot easier.
You will need to be able to swim to use this Liverpool water park though. Having said that kids seriously love this sort of thing & it’s fast becoming the place in Liverpool to host your kids’ parties. & as unusual party venues go leaping on inflatable things bobbing around in the docks has got to be pretty up there hasn’t it? It’s great for hens stags & group outings too.
