As you can control them from anywhere with Wi-Fi coverage, you can even turn them on & off when away on holiday to make it look like someone's in. They are more energy-efficient & controlling them remotely can help you to save further on bills.

Using the free Hive App (available on i OS & Android), you can control your lighting from anywhere with Wi-Fi through your mobile smart device. Switch them on or off or set the perfect dimming level, adjust the colour & tone (with compatible bulbs), & set lighting schedules for different times of day. & with 'recipes' you can get your Hive devices to interact to take your connected smart home to the next level, e.g. turn the lights on when motion is detected or a door is opened.

Hive Active lights require the Hive Hub (sold separately) to connect to your home network in order to work.
