The " Cool Zone" under the basket prevents fallen food particles from burning, ensuring that oil stays fresher & cleaner for longer, & the " Easy Clean System" allows the oil to be drained quickly & easily & stored for later use. It is designed to be effortless to clean & maintain as it can be almost completely dismantled. The stainless steel removable bowl, basket & lid can all be placed in the dishwasher.

The lid of the Cool Zone fryer houses a viewing window & fixed vapour/odour filter. The fryer also features convenient front & rear sunken handles (as well as upper handles) that allow it to be raised & moved safely & easily.
