You & a lucky guest will take part in a number of chocolate related activities: Introduction to chocolate making The Chocolatier will explain the history & process of chocolate making whilst you sample either cocoa nibs or crushed cocoa beans & exotic flavoured chocolates. Making truffles Working in pairs you’ll learn how to make delicious truffles from raw ingredients & attempting to pipe your chocolate mixture into truffles. Create your very own chocolate bar or giant chocolate button! The ultimate treat for chocolate fans – create your very own personalised Green & Blacks chocolate bar or giant chocolate button!
