This Belling DB4 110 Ei uses the power of electromagnetism to heat up your pan in a quicker safer & more efficient way. A current is created between the pan & the hob which induces heat directly. Because the hob only works when in contact with the pan's surface no energy is wasted if the pan is smaller than the hob. There are 5 induction zones on the hob including a low level warming zone to keep food warm. It has a ceramic glass surface so the hob is easy to clean too. The dual circuit variable electric grill gives you faster preheating times as well as greater temperature control. There are 2 oven cavities. One is conventional producing a lower bottom shelf temperature which is ideal for roasts or simultaneous cooking of foods which have different temperature requirements. The other is a fanned to produce an even temperature all round removing the hassle of having to switch shelves during cooking.
