Using electromagnetic energy a current is produced which induces heat directly into the pan not the hob itself which also makes this a safer way to cook as well. The hobs only respond when in contact with the pan so it cannot be accidently turned or left on if no pan is present. The ceramic glass surface also means it is easy to clean. The dual circuit variable electric grill makes grilling quicker thanks to less preheating time & gives you greater precision over temperature control. The two oven cavities offer different ways of cooking. The first is a conventional oven producing higher temperatures at the top of the oven than the bottom which is ideal for traditional roasts where foods that require different temperatures can be cooked at the same time. The second is a fanned oven for producing an even temperature all round so there is no need for the hassle of switching shelves. Both ovens have an easy clean enamel interior to prevent food sticking on the surfaces & both have removable inner door glass to make cleaning even easier.
