We love Helenium (and so do the bees), with their bright brassy daisy flowers that never fail to pack a punch of colour from late summer well into the autumn. Legend tells that Helenium sprang from the ground, watered by the tears of Helen of Troy. Bold shuttlecock flowers in scorching hues that are ideal for cutting, easy to grow & very long flowering. Prefers well-drained soil in sun or part shade. Height 100cm (40"). Spread 45-60cm (18-24"). Hardy perennial.
