Product Description

Cephale is Greek for head which beautifully describes the large scabious like primrose yellow flowers up to 2 ½ " across that appear high on strong stems above the foliage in summer. For such a tall plant it really takes up very little room. I spend ages watching the bees busily working from flower to flower. Perfect for the back of the border. Attractive to bees & butterflies & great as a cut flower. Prefers sun in well-drained soil. Height 200cm (80"). Spread 60cm (24"). Hardy perennial.
