Product Description

Also known as Monkshood, sculptured deep violet blue hood like flowers reminiscent of pixie hats are borne in racemes above the lobed foliage during summer. A great & easy to grow alternative to other tall plants. Bees rummage in the flowers whilst butterflies hover above. Rabbit resistant. Prefers moist soil in sun or part shade. Height 90cm (36"). Spread 40cm (16"). Hardy perennial. This plant has been awarded the Royal Horticultural Society's Award of Garden Merit for outstanding performance in the garden.
