The From the Anvil Slim Peardrop LH Espagnolette Fastener Black can be fitted to any modern espagnolette system or stand-alone centre lock. It has a narrow design which will fit on any type of window, including UPVC and timber due to its slim fixing plate. It is a left hand fastener and is lockable (using a grub screw hidden under the handle). The handle length is 100mm, the fixing plate size is 60mm x 19mm and the fixing plate thickness is 8mm. Sold individually, the fastener comes complete with a 7mm spindle (this is attached and is 35mm long) and fixings.
