The From the Anvil Locking Staple Pin Pewter is to be used in conjunction with a thumblatch, generally on bathroom or toilet doors. The overall size is 54mm x 63mm and it is sold individually, complete with a leather thong and pin to stop the movement of the latch bar.
Pewter Stay Pin
The pin has a pewter patina finish - this has anti-corrosion properties and can be used internally or externally. To remove dirt deposits, simply wipe over with a lightly oiled cloth from time-to-time and this will restore it to its original condition. Do not use any form of aerosol spray or metal cleaner.
