Paper Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash no change will be given for part use & it must be redeemed by the expiry date which is printed on the reverse of the voucher. Our paper gift vouchers will have at least a 12 month redemption period. When redeeming the paper gift voucher online you will be required to use the code underneath the scratch panel. The scratch panel can be found on the front of the paper gift voucher. Once the scratch panel has been removed the paper gift voucher cannot be redeemed in-store. Hamleys is under no liability should vouchers be lost stolen or destroyed. Gift Vouchers are outside Hamleys refund policy.
