There is a sensuous quality to the glorious green pears, which seem to float on a square of cloth where both fruit and material are edged in simple blue lines. Scott’s sense of space is perfect, the bowl is coloured in similar hue to the background, giving it a sense of natural ease, with ivory interior in perfect balance with the ivory of the cloth. A limited edition print of 100, each individually numbered.
