Includes:: a free software program that synchronizes your account with your equipment. The first time you use this program it loads your first name, age & weight from your account onto the USB (Universal Serial Bus) drive. When you insert the USB (Universal Serial Bus) drive into your treadmill or bike, the console reads this information so we can more accurately calculate calories burned. Then as you exercise, each 20 seconds we save your results onto the USB (Universal Serial Bus) drive. You can then load the results into your account each day, once a week or whenever you choose using the same program.
