Sowing instructions:

When large enough to handle prick out seedlings individually into 5cmpots.
Gradually acclimatise plants to outdoor conditions before planting when risk of frost has passed.
A few plants can be grown on a windowsill for regular picking of fresh leaves.
Can also be sown outdoors 13mm deep in drills 30cm apart in soil which has been raked to a fine tilth (tilth is the physical condition of the soil. Soil that drains & absorbs water well & is easy to work with would be described as good tilth).
Outdoor sowings may take up to 28days to germinate.
