The Cadac Braai Maxx modular system

Features:

Grill top: 2 grill tops with grids for traditional barbequing. The aluminium grill is coated in hard low-stick Cadac C-coat.
Cadac Braai Style Wok: Carbon steel wok allows for high temperatures with solid stainless steel handle.
Baking stone: Used for baking all types of bread from the traditional loaf to pizza pita focaccia or nan bread
Paella pan: Made from thick aluminium with PTPE non-stick coating. Ideal for paellas & risotto.
Skottel/ Teppanyaki: Stainless steel for wear & easy cleaning & aluminium for excellent heat distribution. Use as a Skottel or for high-heat Teppanyaki cooking.
Cutting board: A bamboo cutting board drops into the front handle for food preparation.
5-Jet Turbo-Burner: Slow cook for hours at low temperatures (at 100C) constantly or high cook/bake at high temperatures of 300C. Each burner is finely adjustable
