Cava, it comes from the
respected producer,
Codorniu, and consists
of three traditional and
indigenous grape
varieties ? Parellada,
Xarel-Lo and Macabeo.
First blended together in
1872, the traditional
method uses bottle
fermentation, with the
wine aging on the ?lees?
for at least nine months.
The result is a fresh,
fruity flavour balanced
