Most solar lights light at full brightness as soon as they come on, & in winter months or prolonged days of cloudy weather, that can mean they don't come on at all, or light for just a few minutes. With these 365 Super Smart Solar lights, the brightness is determined by the amount of sunlight they receive, so in summer they will light for a full 8 hours at full 15 lumen brightness, & during days of little sun, they will still light up for most of the time, albeit at a lower brightness.
